Educational institution "University European Studies" (USEM) is an integral part of the education system in Moldova, and following the Moldovan Constitution, legislation, international agreements and conventions signed by Moldova. USEM is the successor institution of higher education "Law Academy of Moldova", which began operations on October 7, 1992. The main objectives of European Studies University are: training, advanced training and retraining higher-level specialists and scientific personnel in various fields, promoting scientific research, providing aspirations for deepening and extending the Bachelor and Masters. USEM promotes the newest educational and informational technologies in teaching and scientific process, which is based on qualitative contemporary specialist, as required under the Bologna Process.
