2008: MANCAT and City College Manchester merge to form The Manchester College.2009: The Manchester College becomes the country’s largest offender learning provider.2015: The Manchester College acquires Cheshire-based Apprenticeship training provider Total People. We are now the second largest Apprenticeship provider in Greater Manchester.2015: The Manchester College’s new justice-sector focussed organisation Novus, a not-for-profit large scale national social enterprise, is launched.2015: The Manchester College open their first Centre of Excellence. The Manchester College Centre of Excellence for Medical Sciences is located in the heart of Manchester’s Knowledge Quarter on Oxford Road.
