North Warwickshire & Hinckley College is one of the largest and most successful colleges in the region. We offer brilliant teaching and learning, excellent work experience placements and opportunities for students to develop independently. In January 2013, North Warwickshire & Hinckley College earned a place in national history as a newly federated college. We officially joined forces with South Leicestershire College and have been overseen by one principal since my appointment as joint Principal and Chief Executive in February 2013. This is only the second time two Further Education colleges have joined forces in this way. Having worked together successfully in the past, it made good sense to take that relationship one step further and form a Federation, a move which will allow us to expand our courses by sharing expertise and resources and improve support for our students.
