Nanyang Technopreneurship Center (NTC) was established in January 2001 with seed funding from the Economic Development Board (EDB), Singapore. A multi-disciplinary university-level centre, NTC was created to be the focal point of technopreneurship education within the University and the region, and is committed to fostering, promoting and nurturing a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship endeavours through technology entrepreneurship education.
NTC equips its students with the requisite knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship competence through the Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation Program (MSc TIP) for postgraduates, the Minor in Entrepreneurship Program (MiE) for undergraduates, the Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) for executives, as well as several national and campus wide events and activities held year round, such as the Chua Thian Poh Annual Distinguished Speaker Series, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Festival and ideasinc.
