Since our inception as a fully accredited Japanese government university, not only has the greenery flourished from young shrubs to a wooded campus enshrouding our modern facilities, but so have our staff and students grown and evolved. Our academic staff of 140 work effortlessly to instill our university's principles, educating students who combine intellectual and technological integrity with a sophisticated sense of social responsibility. We believe that we have successfully graduated over 1800 students who embody these principles and carry on the traditions and spirit of Miyagi University beyond the borders of our campus.
