In the KUNSTGUT you find students who really want to work and are ready for it to invest: mainly time and energy. It is important to understand that especially the beginning of an education is of essential value: In this time the students develop their own and individual and at the same time generell criteria that help them to understand the quality of art and the quality of their own art. Ultimately, it is a lack of evaluation criteria, which creates dissatisfaction - because these criteria must make sense. In other words, these criteria must be internally embodied. "In the end there can be no system right or wrong to grow up to an professional artist. That is not depending on credit points or some kind of examination. An visual artist is a human which want to say something and feel really the strong need to express that with artistic works. So in KUNSTGUT we mean with professional the really need to go into the art and take that decision to do that – not the way to find and check out a place in the art market. Of course to find a way to have a good life with the art and to find possibilities to work in a professional way with the real skills you have, it will be a big issue for all post students. But our focus is the intensity of the art: Only that makes sense!"
