“Alecu Russo” State University of Balti is an institution of higher education, related to educational system structure of the Republic of Moldova, that works according to the Constitution of the Republic, Law of Education, legislation in force, international agreements and conventions signed by the Government of the Republic and its own regulations. Though its age (that started in 1945) is modest compared to „great” history, it is getting gradually more and more charged with the nobility of creative exploring, particularly of great fulfillment.
